Het BRC-certificaat is de manier om aan te tonen dat wij als organisatie voldoen aan de veiligheidstandaard van het British Retail Consortium. De IFS (International Featured Standards) is een voedselveiligheidsstandaard die ontwikkeld is door Duitse, Franse en Italiaanse (detail)handelorganisaties.
